    KAUAI Activities - Experience the polynesian culture with great food and dance-including FIRE! The Grand Hyatt Luau in Kauai offers it all. Upon entry you will be greeted with a shell lei and Mai Tai (or non-alcoholic beverage if you choose) and escorted to your seats. There will be a variety of local artisans displaying their beautiful work for you to browse before the festivities begin.

    Your enjoyable evening is a mixture of polynesian dance and performance, including an excellent fire knife demonstration. There will be ample food from the polynesian inspired buffet as well as ample beverages for your enjoyment.

    The Grand Hyatt Luau in Kauai will be an excellent way for you to encounter polynesian culture and even meet some great people as well. Come, enjoy... Feast.

     Kalua Pork  , tender pork cooked in an underground Imu or oven.
     Roasted Hawaiian Sweep potato
     Poi  A staple food made from the mashed root of the Taro plant mixed with water and fermented for about 3 days, also known as "Hawaiian Yogurt"
     Mahi Mahi seared with sesame sause
     Steamed coconut lemongrass rice
     Grilled teriyaki steaks
     Haupia Coconut pudding 
     Delicious dishes with Asian Pacific flare
