    Grand Wailea Spa Swedish Massage

    This traditional Swedish Massage is offered with soothing oils, and involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving – tension, motion, or vibration. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, and feet. There are over eighty different recognized massage modalities.

    When booking your treatment please be sure to add to the comments if you would like to take advantage of the Spa Grande Fitness Center and/or one of their many group fitness classes. We recommend scheduling your treatment allowing yourself at least a couple of hours preferably BEFORE your treatment, in order to enjoy the hydrotherapy terme' circuit (average time: 1 hour) and if interested, a workout at the Fitness Center.
