    PROCEDURE ON PURCHASING A GIFT CERTIFICATE (2 OPTIONS):

    CHOOSING A CERTIFICATE FOR A SPECIFIC DOLLAR AMOUNT.

    If you just can't decide what your loved ones would like to do or see here in Hawaii, just purchase a certificate for the exact amount you would like to spend and they will use it towards any tour we offer, at our lowest available rate (tours subject to availability). Right on this page, you'll find  denominations offered in $25 increments; you can combine any denomination in order to come up with the total dollar amount you would like to spend.  If you'd like to purchase an amount not offered online please call our reservation lines at 1-808-214-9283 and a concierge will assist you with that request.  Once your loved ones make a decision on what they would like to use their certificate for, they will need to call our concierge hotline with their voucher number, confim their names, etc. It's THAT SIMPLE!! Any balance due will be charged to their credit card so their activity will be confirmed and a new voucher will be sent.  In the event they choose a tour that costs less than the value of the certificate and no other tours are ordered, a refund will be issued on the credit card used for the original purchase.

    CHOOSING A SPECIFIC TOUR OR ATTRACTION AS A GIFT:
    1.  Go to the page of the tour you wish to gift
    2.  Choose a date (not official) during their stay in Hawaii
    3.  Add the number of participants (adult, child, etc)
    4.  Add to Cart (this step will take you to the "booking page - step 2 of 3)
    5.  In the booking page, please complete each field with YOUR information (email, phone, etc).  We want to make sure not to spoil any surprises!!
    6.  Please MAKE SURE to add in the "comments" field the name of those you're gifting this tour to, and the fact this should be an OPEN RESERVATION. Also please add any special messages you would like to show on their certificate.

    You'll receive an automated email receipt showing your purchase was received and your order is pending.  A concierge will contact you via telephone or email if any additional information is needed. We'll send you an email with an attached voucher certificate you can print and give to your loved one(s).  On the voucher there will be directions so they may contact us in order to schedule a date for their tour, get more information, etc.   We encourage they contact us to book their tour A.S.A.P. to guarantee they will have their preferred date and time available.

    Cancellation Policy:  Since this tour will not be confirmed until the participant(s) call us to schedule it, this tour will be fully refundable if not used.  Refunds can only be made on the card used for the purchase and cannot be used as cash.

    Exchange Policy:  If participant(s) decide to use the voucher you purchased for a different activity, it will not be a problem at all.  We'll be happy to exchange it for any other tour.  In the event the new tour has a higher cost than the origional one purchased, the participant(s) will be responsible to cover the balance.  If the cost is less than the original value, a credit refund will be processed on the card originally used for the purchase.

    The refund and exchange policies apply to both types of certificates.
